Self piercing attaching machine for sail eyelets, set for the application of finger eyelet on shoe boxes.
The welded frame makes this machine very reliable to set big eyelets (sail) up to 36mm head diameter.
The machine is provided with a piercing device by cam, with
a precise and easy adjusting, to assure a good cutting for each material. The feeder of eyelet is of great capacity.
All the functions are under the control of a microprocessor, a partial counter with reset and a total counter are available.
Among the options a slow motion for TEST and a MULTIPLE SETTING to repeat a programmable sequence of a certain number of eyelets and the time between the setting.
The start of the application can be done either by pedal or by the presence-box sensor.
