Automatic self-piercing eyeletting machine for the application of large diameter eyelets (sail).
The welded frame makes this machine very reliable to set big etelets (sail) uop to 36mm head diameter. The new safety device keeps the fabric during the setting as anti-wrinkling pressor. A special devide grants a good cutting for each material. The feeder of eyelet has very big capacity. As options a thickness compensator up to 4mm and a double Laser pointer anti-parallax, are avaible.
All the functions are under the control of a microprocessor, a partial counter with reset and a total counter are available. Among the options a slow motion for TEST and a MULTIPLE SETTING to repeat a programmable sequence of a certain number of eyelets and the time between the setting.
